Sudanese President Omar al-Bashir arrives in Cairo for talks.

Sudan 'President Omar al-Bashir of S arrived at Cairo for discussions with Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak.

One expects that the two chiefs discuss the recent Sudanese efforts to reach a cease-fire with the rebellious groups of Darfur.

Their talks come as one expects that the International penal court announces soon if it will publish a warrant for arrest for Mr. Bashir for war crimes in Darfur.

One thinks to 300.000 people to be there dead in six years conflict between the government and the rebels.

Omar al-Bashir is an annoying figure in the west, but more close to the house it always has the crucial support.

With an official ceremony of reception, Egyptian the foreign Prime Minister Ahmad Nazif and ministers and of defense were all to greet it there.

The two sides have the close economic links but they function also narrowly to find solutions with the continuous conflict in Darfur.

Egypt, in conformity with the Arab thought, believes that if a warrant for arrest for President Bashir is published in $the Hague it could sabotage their efforts to help the Sudanese government and could also lead to other instability on their threshold.

The Egyptians want that the court defers the warrant for arrest during at least a year to give President Bashir more time.

But the critics of the Sudanese government say that it is the threat of the bill of indictment which concentrated spirits in Khartoum and pushed the government towards declarations of cease-fire.

The Sudanese president came to listen to the council but any doubt that it will also invite Mr. Mubarak to exert his influence on the Western chiefs who claim this warrant for arrest to be published now.
