Cruise Ship Employee Falls Overboard

CNN reports that eyewitnesses saw a cruise line employee fall overboard today at 12:40 a.m. on the Carnival Cruise Lines vessel Sensation just off the coast of Vero beach, Florida. While details were not revealed, according to CNN the eyewitnesses claim that it was clear an accident.

The Coast Guard was contacted immediately and has searched over 900 square miles according to the Sun-Sentinel .Moreover, the Coast Guard will now search by plane as well.

This is the second incident of a person going overboard in one week . Last week Jennifer Seitz went overboard on the Norwegian Pearl in the Gulf of Mexico off the coast of Cozumel.
